Bernheim Forest

Carl and I took the boys to Bernheim Forest last weekend. It was our first real trip there and we had a wonderful time. We started off at the Education Center, where the boys enjoyed playing the different learning games and seeing a snake. We then hiked a beautiful trail along a creek and walked out on the treetop canopy bridge. It was such a nice fall day and the colors of the leaves were spectacular! We also took the boys to play on the playground, which was super cool. I am sure we will go back next spring or fall, as we had a lot of fun, but only just started to see what the forest had to offer!

Evan found a salamander! He was excited to show it to Preston!
