We have had a lot of fun over the past few weeks. We had a picnic with my Young Survivors group, went to the zoo for a Halloween party, enjoyed our neighborhood fall party, had a party at preschool, went to Trunker Treat at church, had fun on The Belle of Louisville Boo Cruise, and went trick or treating on Halloween. We were very busy, but we had a lot of fun!
My Young Survivors group event for October was a picnic. We ate, played in the woods, had fun on the playground, painted pumpkins, and played corn hole. It was great to see my friends and it was nice to spend a nice fall afternoon outside!
Evan was drawn to the ducks from the moment we got to the park. He quacked at them and tried to feed the ducks some of his lunch!
Evan enjoyed his time playing in the woods. He has quite an imagination and pretended to do all sorts of fun things!

Bonnie Mom and Grandpa joined us at the zoo for "The World's Largest Halloween Party." Despite being tired, Evan had a great time at the zoo. He got lots of candy and had fun seeing all of the people dressed up in costumes.
Evan enjoyed the talking pumpkin at the zoo entrance. He thought it was cool that the pumpkin knew he was a shark!
Evan asked Daddy to carry him at first. I think he was a bit overwhelmed!

Evan got VERY tired while we were at the zoo. He sat in his stroller to do some trick or treating and almost fell asleep!
Evan managed to get some energy at the end of the party and walked with Daddy.
Our neighborhood has a fall party every year. The weather was unusually warm, so Evan could not wear his costume. He still had a lot of fun and Carl and I had lots of fun watching him!
As always, Evan had a great time playing in the bounce house!

Evan LOVES boats, so I purchased tickets for us to ride on The Belle of Louisville's Boo Cruise. Unfortunately, I got a stomach virus and was not able to go on the cruise. Daddy took Evan while I slept. They had a great time and I was able to hear about all the fun they had when they got home.
Evan was SO excited to get to ride on a big boat!

By the time Halloween rooled around, Evan was exhausted! He didn't even want to go trick or treating at first! Thanksfully, we convinced him to get his costume on and go to a few houses.
