It amazes me how much Evan likes getting his picture taken. Once upon a time, when I would try to take his picture, he would hide his face and yell, "No Cheese!"
Everyone loved the cute, little goats!
Playground Fun!
The train ride was exciting for all of the young riders!
On Saturday night, we dyed Easter eggs. Preston was pretty tired, but he got make the dye and dye an egg before it was time for bed. Evan was able to stay up and dye the eggs and decorate them. He had a great time and we had very fancy eggs!
My Easter Bunny
Preston was fascinated with the way the water and vinegar changed colors when we placed the dye tablet in the cup!
Evan liked making special colors by dipping the eggs in multiple dyes. Also, when he found the stickers, he insisted that he needed to decorate the eggs even more!
Easter Baskets
The boys loved getting to eat candy in the morning!
Preston liked looking for the eggs for a little while, but he had more fun playing with his cart!
Evan did well finding the Easter eggs, even the ones that were tricky to find or to get!
What else did Preston like to do on Easter? Run!
We went to dinner with Grammy and Granddaddy and then stopped by the cemetery to place flowers where my grandparents are buried. We fed the fish in the pond, which was a lot of fun for the boys.
Grammy and Granddaddy
Carl and I tried to take a picture with the family, but Preston was not into it. Here is the picture we ended up taking of just the two of us, followed by the only decent family picture that we managed to take!
I do think Preston is at least smiling as he tried to wriggle free!
