Three Year Old Preschool

Preston began three year old preschool last week and I am happy to report that it was a wonderful experience. There were no tears at all and he always has positive things to say about his day. I was SO happy! He struggled in 2 year old preschool a bit, as he hated to be away from his family. He cried most days at drop off and the special holiday programs were overwhelming for him and he cried at almost every one. It was rare that he talked about preschool, unless it was to tell us that he did not want to go. Thankfully, all of the hard work his teachers did with him last year and the work we have done with him at home has paid off. He is so much more confident this year and he seems to really enjoy his time at school. We are excited for a great year and we can't wait to see how he progresses!

Our visitation day for preschool was great. Preston colored, played with toys and listened to a story.

Preston was really excited about the first day of preschool. He was quite a ham and let me take lots of pictures.

The smiles continued and Preston was so happy when I picked him up from preschool. He said he liked playing with his friends.
