A Trip to Tennessee

Last weekend we travelled to Tennessee to visit our family. We got to visit with Grandma, Aunt Karol, Jamie, Zack, Sarah, and Marlee. We had fun watching Evan and Marlee play together, going to yard sales, and talking. We had a great visit. We wish we lived closer so that we could see everyone more often. Hopefully we will get to make the trip to Tennessee to visit again this fall.

Evan loves to feed the ducks when we go to visit Grandma. There were A LOT of ducks to feed when we went to the duck pond!

Feeding the ducks and geese was a lot of fun!

Evan wanted to catch a duck. The ducks were not interested in being caught!

Evan wanted Grandma to participate in the fun of feeding the ducks. He brought the bread to her and she got to feed the ducks from the car.

Evan had a great time with Grandma on this trip. He enjoyed throwing the ball to Grandma and catching it when she rolled it back to him.

Evan liked playing peek-a-boo with Grandma.

Evan was facinated with Grandma's wheeelchair. He thought her "stroller" was pretty cool!

Evan liked playing Grandma's piano. He liked pressing the keys to hear the low notes. He said that the low notes sounded like thunder.

Marlee and Evan enjoyed the trampoline. Evan was able to use the bar to jump really high!

The boys enjoyed playing together at the sand table. Evan liked making his famous "cand sastles."

The water table was lots of fun for both Evan and Marlee.

The roller coaster toy was a hit! Both Evan and Marlee went for LOTS of rides!

Evan and Marlee were so excited about the pool that they climbed in with their clothes on!

Marlee and Evan helped to fill the pool with water.

Evan LOVED being sprayed with the hose. He kept yelling, "Spray me! Spray me!"

Splash!

Although there were lots of toys, the boys thought that the big spoons were lots of fun!
